Own end-to-end execution at site. Ensure installations meet our brand standards, sync tightly with the factory for production readiness, and maintain zero-defect delivery. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and responsible for pushing progress without excuses.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily site execution for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior installations.
- Verify site readiness: measurements, civil alignment, plumbing, electrical, false ceiling, painting, and floor status.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to unblock dependencies.
- Maintain daily site logs, progress updates, and material movement.
- Track production status, machining, finishing, and packing.
- Sync with factory on design clarifications, hardware requirements, and delivery schedules.




- Ensure materials are dispatched on time and arrive at site intact.

Required Skills
- Ability to read technical drawings, BOQs, and production sheets.
- 1–4 years in modular interior installation or site supervision.
- Ownership mindset — takes responsibility for both progress and quality.
- Proficiency in reporting, Excel, photos/videos, and checklists.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
