Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Interior Designer & Sales Representative. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting design concepts and proposals that align with their preferences and budget. The skilled will prepare and review space plans, interior layouts, and construction drawings, coordinate FF&E; selections, and work closely with project teams to ensure timely and quality execution.

Daily tasks include conducting site visits, managing client communications, providing design recommendations, and supporting the sales process through consultations,



follow-ups, and closing deals. The role also requires maintaining design and product knowledge, preparing presentations, and contributing to revenue growth by converting leads into projects.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts, circulation, and usability of residential or commercial spaces.

Experience with Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations used for project execution.

Knowledge of FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and contractors.

Strong client-facing and sales abilities, including consultation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to use design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and create visual presentations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Prior experience in interior design, home décor, or real estate sales in Bengaluru or similar markets is an advantage.
