Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and producing detailed drawings and specifications for residential and commercial interiors. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors. The role involves meeting clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, managing revisions,



and supporting project execution on site to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

The Interior

Designer will also assist with project documentation, cost estimates, and maintaining design standards across all SD House projects.

Qualifications - Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, visually cohesive layouts.

- 2-3 Years of experience in Interior design.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including reading, preparing, and coordinating technical documentation.
- Experience with FF&E; selection and coordination, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and basic MS Office skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively on site with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in an on-site setting is preferred.
