We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3–5 years of experience in villa and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing luxury residential spaces, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop interior concepts for villas and residential real estate projects.

- Prepare layout plans, 2D drawings, 3D designs, mood boards, and material selections.

- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, contractors, and vendors.

- Visit project sites to monitor design implementation and ensure quality standards.

- Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and décor elements.

- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.

- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets.





- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and materials.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

- 3–5 years of experience in villa and real estate projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.

- Robust knowledge of materials, finishes, and space planning.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Goa or willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
