Role Description The Interior Designer (HRBR layout) will be responsible for end-to-end interior design execution for residential projects in the HRBR layout area of Bengaluru. This full time, on-site role involves meeting clients to understand their requirements and budgets, developing space plans, mood boards, and design concepts, and preparing detailed drawings and presentations. The designer will coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers for construction details, material selection, and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).

Daily tasks include site visits, quality checks, monitoring project progress, and ensuring design intent is maintained.



The role also requires adherence to timelines, project documentation, and collaboration with the wider design and project management team to deliver a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic layouts.

- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to prepare or interpret detailed plans, sections, and elevations.

- Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment.

- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic familiarity with presentation tools.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong project coordination, time management, and site supervision skills, with attention to detail and quality.

- Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Prior experience in residential interiors and local vendor/material knowledge in Bengaluru is an advantage.
