Job Summary:-

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Interior Designer to plan, design, and execute office and industrial facility interiors. The role involves managing end-to-end interior projects while ensuring quality, cost optimization, timely delivery, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Design office layouts, workstations, conference rooms, cafeterias, and common areas.
- Prepare layout plans, 3D designs, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Execute interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and project progress.
- Manage vendor selection, procurement, and material approvals.
- Prepare project budgets, monitor costs,



and certify contractor bills.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company requirements.

Desired Profile:-

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 4-10 years of experience in office interiors, manufacturing plants, or commercial projects.
- Robust knowledge of space planning, workplace ergonomics, and project execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Technical Skills:-

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- Revit (Preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office
- BOQ & Quantity Estimation
