Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and design preferences.
- Develop innovative residential interior concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with 3D visualizers to ensure high-quality design presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor that align with project budgets and design intent.
- Coordinate with execution teams, vendors, and site engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.




- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.

- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of 3ds Max or Revit is an added advantage.
- Excellent design visualization and space planning skills.
- Strong communication and client presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
