Interior Designer 3 to 4 Years Experience

Work Mode: Full time, office and project sites
Salary: 3.64.2 lakh per annum, based on skills, experience and portfolio
Working Hours: 10:00 AM6:00 PM, including lunch break
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: All Sundays and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 34 years of professional experience. The candidate must be able to develop design concepts and translate them into accurate,
execution-ready drawings, BOQs and site details.
This is not a remote position. The role requires working from our Goa office and visiting project sites across Goa.
Key Responsibilities
Develop space plans, furniture layouts and interior design concepts.
Prepare accurate AutoCAD working drawings and detailed drawings.
Create plans, elevations, sections, electrical layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts and furniture details.

Prepare detailed drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms and custom furniture.
Create 3D models and design presentations using SketchUp.
Prepare BOQs, material quantities and preliminary cost estimates.
Take accurate site measurements and verify site conditions before preparing drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters and other execution teams.
Visit sites to ensure that work is being executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Assist with the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and colours.
Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
Maintain organised records of drawings, revisions, specifications and approvals.
Ensure all drawings and deliverables are completed accurately and within timelines.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of working drawings and detailed drawings.
Proficiency in SketchUp.
Experience in preparing BOQs and quantity estimates.
Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture and interior execution.
Ability to take accurate site measurements.
Good communication and vendor-coordination skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of AI-based rendering and design-visualisation tools.
Knowledge of V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion or similar rendering software.
Experience coordinating residential and commercial interior projects.
Ability to travel independently to project sites across Goa.

3 year Degree or 2 year diploma in Interior Design.
34 years of relevant professional experience.
A portfolio demonstrating working drawings, detailed drawings, SketchUp models and completed projects is mandatory.
