Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Design

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 67

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (CTC) About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager from the Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Fit-out industry to oversee and manage multiple residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a keen eye for design execution. This role requires complete ownership of assigned sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of assigned interior project sites from execution to final handover.

Manage multiple residential and commercial interior projects simultaneously.

Ensure accurate site marking and layout execution as per approved drawings before work begins.

Supervise daily site activities and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards.

Lead and guide Site Supervisors, contractors, and installation teams to achieve project milestones.

Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, resolve execution challenges, and maintain safety standards.

Communicate with clients regarding project progress, approvals, variations, and handover schedules.

Monitor project budgets, material consumption, vendor performance, and overall project costs.





Ensure timely availability of materials and coordinate with vendors for uninterrupted site execution.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports to management.

Maintain complete project documentation, including site measurements, approvals, reports, and execution records.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and site regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out or interior execution projects.

Experience handling multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of interior drawings, BOQs, materials, site execution, and project planning.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines.

Preferred

Background

Prior experience with an Interior Design Firm, Architecture Company, or Interior Fit-out Organization.

Experience managing premium residential or commercial interior projects.

Strong understanding of site execution, quality control, vendor management, and client coordination.
