Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru, with compensation up to 6 LPA.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, planning layouts, and preparing detailed drawings and presentations for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients to understand requirements, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed on site. The role also involves supervising implementation, conducting site visits, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.





The Interior

Designer will maintain accurate documentation, adhere to safety and regulatory standards, and support continuous improvement in design processes.

Qualifications

Strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

Proficiency in Space Planning, including layout optimization, circulation, and zoning for different types of spaces.

Experience preparing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation suitable for execution by contractors and vendors.

Proven capability in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Ability to use industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).

Solid communication, client management, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and time management.

Experience working on residential or commercial interior projects in a fast-paced environment; prior on-site coordination experience is an advantage.
