The team collaborates with architects, interior designers, developers, and homeowners to refine completed interiors through curated furniture, art, lighting, textiles, objects, and spatial composition. Guided by the principle “We Don’t Decorate.

We Edit,” the studio focuses on restraint, balance, atmosphere, and meaningful relationships between objects. Its portfolio includes luxury residences, hospitality spaces, show homes, experience centres, and bespoke styling commissions, delivered from concept moodboards through procurement, installation, and final styling.

Style

Dialogue is also developing Style Dialogue Editions, an editorial initiative that documents exceptional projects and celebrates architecture, styling, craftsmanship, and timeless design. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Interior Design Associate who has a strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for luxury interiors. Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing interior styling concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.

Prepare furniture layouts, styling plans, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Curate furniture, décor, artwork, lighting, rugs, soft furnishings, and accessories for residential and commercial projects.

Source products from local vendors, artisans, luxury brands, and online platforms.

Visit markets, showrooms, exhibitions, and suppliers to identify unique and exclusive products.

Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, product specifications, customizations, deliveries, and installations.

Assist in procurement planning and maintain styling budgets.

Support on-site installations and final styling to ensure every project is executed to the highest standard.

Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and internal team members.

Stay updated on the latest trends in interior styling, materials,



furniture, lighting, and décor.

Required

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

Proficiency in SketchUp (Mandatory).

Strong understanding of interior styling, colour palettes, materials, textures, and spatial planning.

Ability to create mood boards, styling concepts, and skilled client presentations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines.

Social Media

Skills

Good understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

Ability to create aesthetically appealing content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.

Basic knowledge of content planning, captions, and social media trends.

Experience with Canva and basic photo/video editing is an added advantage.
