Key Responsibilities
- Process and complete insurance forms using customer information provided by the client.
- Enter, verify, and cross-check data with a high level of accuracy.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and errors before processing.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information.
- Achieve daily quality and productivity targets.
Requirements
- Good English reading and comprehension skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheets).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to transition to the Australian shift (early morning start) once the process scales.
Preferred
- Experience in back-office operations, data processing, BPO, or insurance.
- Experience handling confidential customer information.
Shift Details The process will begin on the Indian shift during training and the initial ramp-up phase. Candidates must be comfortable transitioning to the Australian shift (early morning start) as the process expands.
