- Process Executive (PE) – 33 openings (CTC: ₹2.59 LPA)
- Senior Process Executive (SPE) – 53 openings (CTC: up to ₹5 LPA)
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) – 37 openings (CTC: up to ₹7 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle backend / non-voice operations efficiently
- Ensure accuracy and quality in process execution

- Graduate
- Relevant experience preferred for SPE & SME roles
