Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in Marine and Credit Insurance claim documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify claim-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance claims, policies, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and update MIS reports for insurance and operational activities.
- Track claim status and follow up with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all insurance-related records.
- Assist in data entry, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
- Support the team with additional MIS and back-office operational tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate or final-year student (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn insurance and business operations.
