Role Description A full-time, part-time profile as an Insurance Advisor, you will help clients understand and select appropriate LIC of India insurance products based on their financial goals and protection needs. You will meet prospective customers, explain policy features, prepare basic financial illustrations, and assist with documentation and policy applications. You will maintain ongoing contact with clients to provide service support, manage renewals, and identify cross-selling opportunities.





This is a part time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, combining client visits and office meetings with some work-from-home flexibility for follow-ups, digital communication, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications - Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Finance to advise clients on suitable LIC products.

- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to explain policy details, handle queries, and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy to use online tools, messaging platforms, etc. for client management.
- Prior experience in sales, financial services, or insurance is beneficial; local language proficiency in Pune region and a client-focused mindset are preferred.
- Minimum education at higher secondary level is recommended; candidates must be eligible to register and work as LIC Agents/Advisors according to LIC and regulatory requirements.
