Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, present appropriate insurance solutions, and follow up to convert prospects into clients. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, preparing quotations, supporting policy renewals, and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role involves addressing client queries, explaining product features and benefits, and working towards sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.





The Inside Sales

Specialist will also contribute to improving sales processes and sharing market feedback with the team.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, nurture pipelines, and achieve sales targets.

Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including transparent spoken and written communication in relevant local languages and English.

Basic knowledge of insurance products or financial services, with the ability to learn and explain policy details and benefits.

Proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools, along with solid organizational and time-management abilities.

Comfort working in an in office, target-driven environment, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or insurance advisory roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
