We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Demand Manager to join our growing team at Delhiver-Direct. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, acquiring new customers, and ensuring a smooth launch and initial customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition
- Acquiring recent customers. Work on Retention of existing customers as well as acquiring new customers.
- Market Analysis
- Identify potential clusters and monitor existing demand patterns.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Expand current serviceability.
- Sales Reporting
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to the management team.
- Plan BTL activities for the city.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Telegu is required
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and google sheet
6. Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
