We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective learners through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Counsel working professionals on suitable postgraduate degree programs and explain program benefits, curriculum, career outcomes, and admission processes.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and drive enrollments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with admissions and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
- Stay updated on program offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, education sales, EdTech, or B2C consultative sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Skills Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
