Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Qualified to drive lead generation, pipeline development, and sales opportunities for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions within the US market. The ideal candidate will engage with prospects, identify business needs, qualify opportunities, and work closely with Account Executives and Sales teams to accelerate revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify, research, and engage prospective customers across target industries.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

Sales Development
- Understand customer business challenges related to Asset Management, Maintenance Operations, Reliability,



and Digital Transformation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and discovery sessions with decision-makers.
- Nurture prospects through the sales funnel and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with field sales and solution consultants to progress opportunities.

Market & Customer Engagement
- Engage with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, and Plant Management stakeholders.
- Develop knowledge of EAM platforms, CMMS solutions, Asset Performance Management (APM), and industry best practices.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Track lead status, conversion metrics, and sales activities.
- Provide regular pipeline and forecasting updates to management.
