Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with prospective customers over phone, understand their requirements, and support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity updates.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Pre-Sales, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
