We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage), ICT (Information & Communication Technology), or BMS (Building Management Systems). The ideal candidate will generate leads, qualify opportunities, prepare quotations, coordinate with the technical team, and support the sales process to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities - Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and online research.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and understand project requirements.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate within approved guidelines, and close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams for accurate pricing and solution design.
- Maintain and update customer information, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.




- Support the field sales team with lead generation and sales documentation Requirements - Basic knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, Structured Cabling, and Networking.
- Understanding of ICT and BMS solutions is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to prepare quotations and manage customer follow-ups.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of inside sales experience in ELV, ICT, BMS, or a related technology industry.
