About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele Calling Executive to support our IT hardware and services business. As the first point of contact for many of our prospective business clients, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth. Your primary mission will be to generate qualified B2B leads, schedule meetings for our Project Sales team, and drive renewals for IT service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Lead Generation: Make outbound cold and warm calls to corporate clients, SMEs, and retail partners to introduce our IT hardware products and services.

- Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule meetings or site visits for the Project Sales Executives.

- Service Renewals: Contact existing clients regarding expiring warranties and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to secure renewals.

- Database Management: Maintain and update the client database in our CRM/Excel, ensuring all contact details and conversation histories are accurate.

- Campaign Execution:



Participate in targeted call campaigns around current OEM product launches or special service discounts.

- Feedback Loop: Gather basic requirements from prospects and pass detailed briefs to the senior sales team.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

- Experience: freshers (Experience in the IT, telecom, or electronics industry is a major plus).

- Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and confident voice. Fluency in English, Hindi, and [insert regional language, e.g., Bengali] to effectively communicate with local and regional businesses.

- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, basic spreadsheets, and willing to learn basic IT hardware terminology.

- Attributes: Resilient, target-oriented, and excellent at handling rejection with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
