: Inside Sales Executive Position Summary We are looking for a goal-driven, energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, pitching our products/services, and closing sales to drive business growth.

Key Job Details Role: Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Associate Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site) Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years in Inside Sales or Telecalling / Lead Generation Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification: Connect with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and social channels to qualify inbound and outbound leads.

Product Pitching: Conduct engaging product/service demos and presentations to explain key features and benefits to potential clients.

Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update potential leads in the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups.

Closing Deals: Negotiate terms,



address customer queries or objections, and convert prospects into paid customers to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid, positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements &

Qualifications Experience: 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Sales Skills: Strong persuasive, negotiation, and closing abilities with a target-oriented mindset.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and basic MS Office/Excel is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred (10+2 with good experience can also apply).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
