About the Role
Pacific Event Management is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our office in Kolkata. This role involves communicating with prospective business clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting the company's services, and coordinating with the Business Development team to support client acquisition.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional approach to customer interactions, and experience in inside sales or client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective business clients using company-provided leads.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable business solutions.
- Provide accurate information about the company's services in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments or virtual meetings for the Business Development team when required.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
- Record customer interactions and update lead status in the company's CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and smooth client onboarding.
- Prepare and submit activity reports as required by the reporting manager.
- Contribute to departmental sales objectives while maintaining company quality standards.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
