Probus Insurance is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves working with our agent/POSP network to drive insurance business, build strong relationships, and support business growth. This is not a direct customer sales role.
Role & responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with insurance agents/POSPs through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
- Generate insurance business through the agency/POSP channel.
- Explain insurance products, schemes, and company offerings to partners.
- Support partners with quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and business queries.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth policy processing.
- Track partner performance and ensure regular engagement.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and partner interactions in the CRM/MIS.
- Stay updated on insurance products, company policies, and market trends.
