- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls and CRM leads
- Pitch Digital Marketing and Website Services to Clients
- Follow up on leads from website, digital marketing & campaigns
- Schedule demos and assist in proposal/quotation preparation
- Maintain CRM pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi
- Experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / EdTech / Digital Marketing / Websites
- Solid follow-up, negotiation & closing skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel & email communication
