About the Role We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in India to make outbound cold calls to companies and clinics/care facilities in Germany, and set up qualified appointments for our founder.

This role covers two target groups: craft/trade businesses (for our German Pathway apprenticeship placements) and hospitals/care facilities Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to German companies, craft businesses, and hospitals/care facilities during German business hours Set up qualified appointments daily for the founder to conduct the actual sales conversation Accurately log every call and contact in the company CRM (Odoo)



– no private lists or offline records Follow up on previously contacted leads to keep the pipeline warm Work within an assigned, limited contact list – candidate details and pricing are not shared with this role Requirements German language proficiency: C1 level (Goethe-Zertifikat C1 or equivalent required) Experience in cold calling, telesales, or international voice process (BPO/ITES background a solid plus) Comfortable working German business hours (approx. 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST shift) Good spoken and written English Self-motivated, resilient, comfortable with a high volume of daily calls and rejection
