Inside Sales Coordinator ( Dy manager/Asst manager)

WORK LOCATION : Devanahalli

Role & Responsibilities

1. Forecast & Order Management

- Receive customer forecasts from the Key Account Manager.
- Upload and maintain rolling forecasts in Excel.
- Highlight demand fluctuations, shortages and abnormal increases/decreases.
- Track backlog and pending orders.

2. Production Planning Coordination (PPC)

- Coordinate with PPC for production planning based on customer priorities.
- Ensure production plans are aligned with committed dispatch dates.
- Follow up on production status weekly.
- Escalate production bottlenecks proactively.
- Coordinate changes in customer priorities.
- Track schedule adherence.

3. Finished Goods (FG) Coordination

- Coordinate with Finished Goods team for packing schedules.
- Ensure products are packed as per customer specifications.




- Verify availability of packing material.
- Track pending packing jobs.
- Ensure dispatch readiness before pickup.

4. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

- Ensure pickup appointments are scheduled.
- Follow up on vehicle/container availability.
- Coordinate shipment bookings.
- Track shipment movement until dispatch.

5. Dispatch Tracking

- Maintain dispatch tracker.
- Track planned vs actual dispatch dates.
- Follow up on delayed shipments.
- Inform Key Account Manager about delays.
- Coordinate revised dispatch plans.

6.Reporting

Prepare weekly reports covering

- Customer forecasts
- Dispatch status
- Pending orders
- Production status
- Delayed orders

7. Risk Management

Identify risks such as

- Material shortages
- Capacity constraints
- Packaging shortages
- Logistics delays
- Customer schedule changes

Qualification : BE in Mechanical/IP/Auto Work Experience : Min 4-5 Years

Language : Kannada & English Must. Hindi & Others Optional

Need : Immediate

Position : Dy manager/Asst manager

Cab facilities from Jalahalli, Yeshwanthpur, Hebbal, and Bagaluru route.
