Role Summary The Sales Coordinator (Telecaller) plays a vital role in supporting our Bengaluru sales operations. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our sales efforts and potential clients, managing outbound calls, and coordinating key sales activities. This role is essential for maintaining a robust sales pipeline and ensuring efficient communication between our team and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute proactive telecalling to identify and reach out to potential B2B clients within the warehousing and logistics sector.
- Sales Coordination:



Assist the sales team by managing schedules, setting up appointments, and coordinating client meetings.
- Customer Engagement: Provide initial information about our racking, shelving, and automation solutions to prospective clients.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in our sales management system.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and follow-through on qualified leads.

Requirements

- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the industrial storage, racking, material handling, or warehouse automation industry is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a qualified and persuasive telephone manner.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously.
