Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Inside Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, follow up on proposals, coordinate with customers and vendors, and convert enquiries into orders. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial products such as valves, pipes, fittings, or other engineering products.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

- Prepare techno-commercial quotations.

- Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into orders.

- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.

- Coordinate with the purchase, stores, and dispatch teams for order execution.

- Maintain customer records and update enquiry status.

- Develop strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve enquiry conversion.

- Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for pricing and technical support.Role & responsibilities

Required Skills





- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Good technical understanding of mechanical products.

- Knowledge of industrial valves, pipes, fittings, flanges, or engineering products will be preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

- Ability to prepare quotations and manage multiple enquiries.

- Customer-focused with excellent follow-up skills.

Candidate Profile

- 34 years of experience in Inside Sales or Technical Sales.

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience in industrial hardware, valves, pipes, fittings, pumps, or related engineering products will be an added advantage.

- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
