We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Associates to join our growing team. Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply. The primary responsibility of this role is to work on company-provided leads, understand customer requirements, follow up consistently, and convert leads into successful orders.

Roles & Responsibilities - Handle company-provided leads and convert them into customers.

- Make outbound calls and follow up on inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for pricing and delivery timelines.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.




- Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to order closure.

Requirements - Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
