As an Inside Sales professional, you'll own the end-to-end sales cyclefrom prospecting to closure. You'll engage with businesses across industries, understand their logistics challenges, and help them leverage Delhivery's solutions to drive growth. Every successful conversion contributes directly to expanding our customer base and strengthening India's logistics network.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound prospects to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer requirements.
- Deliver product and dashboard demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from first interaction to deal closure.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for better sales outcomes.
Preferred
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
- Exposure to SMB or mid-market sales.
- Based in Goa or willing to relocate.
