Job Purpose

Develop, optimize, and support the production of water-based inks for dabber/marker applications, ensuring consistent quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and improve water-based ink formulations.
- Conduct laboratory trials and scale up formulations for production.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production-related ink quality issues.
- Test inks for viscosity, pH, color, drying time, stability, and flow properties.
- Evaluate and approve raw materials and maintain formulation records.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Support cost reduction, quality improvement, and recent product development.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety,



and environmental standards.

Qualifications

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry
- 2-4 years of experience in water-based inks, paints, coatings, or marker ink manufacturing.
