- You collaborate closely with content writers, designers, strategists, and brand experience teams to ensure that video is integrated into creative thinking from the start.
- You also help guide video editors within your team, strengthening the quality and clarity of video outputs. What will you do?
- Translate creative ideas into explicit video storytelling approaches.
- Define pacing, structure, and visual direction for video outputs.




- Guide Senior Visualisers and Visualisers on execution and editing direction.
- Ensure consistency in video style and narrative across campaigns and ongoing work.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to align video with creative ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming and concept discussions to strengthen video thinking.
- Identify opportunities for video-first storytelling formats.
- Maintain high standards of craft, storytelling clarity, and technical quality.
- Review edits and provide feedback to improve storytelling and execution.
- Ensure videos are adapted effectively across platforms and formats.
