? We're Hiring | IT Infrastructure & Operations Administrator – Ahmedabad ?

At Motadata, we're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Operations Administrator to manage our corporate IT environment while playing a critical role in strengthening our organization's Information Security, Compliance, and IT Operations.

? ? Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

? Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, Windows & Linux servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, email systems, collaboration tools, and end-user devices.

? Administer software deployment, patch management, endpoint management, backup solutions, IT asset management, and provide day-to-day technical support.

? Support enterprise networking, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Routing, and Switching, while coordinating with ISPs and technology vendors.

? Implement and maintain Information Security controls aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and organizational security policies.

? Manage endpoint security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.





? Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits by maintaining documentation, collecting audit evidence, and ensuring compliance readiness.

? Collaborate with Engineering, Security, HR, and cross-functional teams to continuously enhance the organization's IT infrastructure and security posture.

? Automate routine IT tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python while maintaining IT documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Corporate IT Administration or IT Infrastructure & Operations

✔️ Robust expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, and enterprise IT infrastructure

✔️ Good understanding of Networking, VPN, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching

✔️ Hands-on experience with endpoint security, patch management, backup solutions, system monitoring, and IT asset management

✔️ Strong exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, audit readiness, compliance documentation, and IT security controls

✔️ Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud platforms

✔️ Experience with IAM, MFA, SSO, PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting is an added advantage

✔️ Certifications such as ISO 27001 Foundation, Microsoft, CCNA, or ITIL are highly preferred
