Role Description The Information Technology Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in North Delhi. This role involves overseeing day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring systems and networks, ensuring uptime, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for IT-related needs.

The Information Technology

Executive will handle technical support requests, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and provide timely troubleshooting for users across the organization. They will manage basic network administration tasks, maintain IT asset inventory, support data backup and recovery processes,



and help enforce IT security and compliance guidelines. The role also includes documenting procedures, recommending improvements to IT infrastructure, and supporting technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, with experience in managing day-to-day infrastructure and systems.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose issues, resolve user problems, and maintain smooth IT services.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, including basic configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices and connectivity.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are an advantage.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments, hardware maintenance, and IT asset management.
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
