Role Description The Information Technology and Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT infrastructure and operational processes to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of services. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Panchkula, with flexibility for partial work from home as business needs allow.

Key responsibilities include managing networks and systems, monitoring cybersecurity controls, coordinating IT support, and optimizing operational workflows. The role also involves implementing policies and procedures, supervising vendors or service providers, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with leadership to support strategic technology initiatives.



The executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to align IT and operational capabilities with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in IT infrastructure and operations, including network management, system administration, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with cybersecurity principles and practices, particularly aligned with confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA triad).
- Proficiency in incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to maintain high availability and performance.
- Ability to develop, implement, and improve IT and operational policies, processes, and documentation.
- Effective stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven capability in vendor and service provider management, including contract oversight and performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Network+, CISSP, or similar) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage priorities independently, and maintain confidentiality and integrity of information.
