We're Hiring: Information Security Lead (CIT) Location: Hyderabad, India Work Mode: Full-Time Are you passionate about building secure enterprise environments and leading cybersecurity operations? Position: Information Security Lead Experience Required 3–5 Years in Information Security, SOC Operations, Governance, or Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and manage end-to-end incident response. Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across Endpoint, Identity, Email Security, and Data Protection platforms. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate remediation efforts.

Manage enterprise security tools including: Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, M365 & Identity) Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR) Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Email Security Platforms Investigate phishing incidents, conduct awareness campaigns, and improve organizational security posture. Perform risk assessments and support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives. Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and other security frameworks.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement security best practices. Drive automation, process improvements, documentation, and operational excellence.

Required Skills 3–5 years of Information Security or SOC experience. Strong hands-on expertise with:



Microsoft Defender Suite Microsoft 365 Security Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR) Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Experience in Security Incident Management and Threat Detection. Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR compliance. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills KQL Query Development & Analytics Rule Creation.

Cloud Security Posture
