Overview: We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Information Desk Staff at the airport. As the first point of contact for travelers, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely information to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. Key

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome travelers in a polite and skilled manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, gate changes, baggage claim, and other airport services - Assist travelers with their inquiries, complaints,



and requests - Direct travelers to the appropriate airport facilities and services - Handle lost and found items and assist with lost baggage inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized information desk area - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus) -

Knowledge of airport operations and services is preferred -

Customer service experience is an advantage - Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment - Flexibility to work in shifts,

including weekends and holidays - Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
