Infor FSM Supply Chain Consultant

:

- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Infor FSM Supply Chain modules.

- Investigate and resolve application, process, and transaction-related issues.

- Support procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations.

- Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions.

- Engage with business users to understand issues and enhancement requests.

- Configure and maintain supply chain-related setups and business rules.

- Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments.

- Coordinate with technical teams for integration and interface-related issues.

- Assist with incident, change, and problem management processes.

- Develop functional documentation, support guides,



and knowledge base articles.

- Strong functional knowledge of:

- Requisitioning

- Purchase Orders

- Procurement

- Inventory Management

- Vendor Management

- Receiving and Distribution

- Contract Management
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in an L2/L3 support model.

- Hands-on experience in at least one or more Infor FSM implementation projects.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in system configuration, testing, and production support.
