- Identify, evaluate and onboard creators who genuinely align with the Typsy brand.
- Own the complete collaboration lifecycle, from outreach and negotiation to execution and follow-up.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers and agencies.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines and commercials.
- Identify emerging creators and partnership opportunities.
Creative Strategy:
- Develop creative hooks, campaign concepts and content directions.
- Write explicit briefs and scripts.
- Collaborate with creators to ensure authentic content.
- Experiment with new content formats and storytelling.
Creator Operations & Campaign Execution:
This is one of the most important parts of the role.
- Own end-to-end execution of every influencer campaign.
- Maintain trackers for outreach, dispatch, approvals, timelines, revisions, posting schedules and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products reach creators on time.
- Review creator content before it goes live.
- Provide feedback and get content reworked where needed.
- Continuously improve operational systems.
Performance & Optimisation:
- Track campaign performance.
- Identify winning patterns and apply learnings.
- Build reporting focused on business impact.
- Work with the performance team to repurpose creator content into ads.
Events & Brand Collaborations:
- Plan influencer events and launches.
- Manage brand collaborations.
- Coordinate flawless execution.
Who You Are:
- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media or brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptionally organised with strong project management skills.
- Comfortable coordinating across creators, agencies and internal teams.
- A strong instinct for engaging content.
- Commercially minded with a passion for beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
- You spend time on Instagram because you're genuinely curious about creators, trends and content.
