Role Overview

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who knows how to identify the right creators, build strong influencer networks, and execute campaigns from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with influencers across different industries and managing campaigns at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Scout, identify, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain a strong database of influencers across multiple categories and niches.
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Reach out to influencers, negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content creation and campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, agencies,



and talent managers.
- Stay updated with influencer trends, creator economy insights, and platform updates.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Proven experience working with a large number of influencers across different industries.
- Robust negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in influencer outreach, onboarding, and campaign management.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.

Preferred

- Experience working with lifestyle, education, entertainment, tech, or youth-focused creators.
- Strong network of influencers and creator agencies.
- Ability to identify trending creators and emerging influencer opportunities.
