Role Description The Influencer Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This team member will identify and onboard relevant influencers, manage day-to-day communication, and coordinate collaborations that align with brand and campaign goals. The role includes planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, monitoring performance, and preparing reports with key insights and recommendations.

The associate will work closely with internal teams to support social media and brand initiatives, negotiate partnership terms, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and brand partners. Daily tasks also involve tracking trends, researching new creators,



and ensuring all campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.

Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing skills, such as creator discovery, campaign coordination, and relationship building with influencers.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including platform knowledge, content understanding, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess Public Relations skills to support brand visibility, manage collaborations, and maintain professional partnerships.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including negotiation, pitching collaboration opportunities, and driving campaign outcomes.
- Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Beneficial experience includes working with creator or influencer platforms, hospitality or lifestyle brands, and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
