- Conduct time & motion studies and work measurement.
- Improve productivity, capacity utilization, and process efficiency.
- Line balancing and manpower optimization.
- Analyze production losses and implement cost reduction initiatives.
- Prepare SOPs, process flow charts, and standard work instructions.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, productivity, cycle time, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams for process improvements.

- Advanced MS Excel; SAP knowledge preferred
