Role Description: The Industrial Designer III will play a key role in designing and refining racing bicycle frames, components, and related products, from concept through production. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating design concepts, developing detailed 3D models and drawings, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams, and supporting prototype builds and testing.

The role involves applying design thinking to balance aesthetics, ergonomics, performance, and manufacturability, while ensuring alignment with brand and customer expectations.

The Industrial

Designer III will also participate in design reviews, iterate based on feedback and test results,



and maintain documentation across the product development lifecycle. This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong Industrial Design skills with experience creating performance-focused products and visual design solutions.
- Proficiency in Product Design and Product Development, including translating user needs into manufacturable designs.
- Hands-on Prototyping experience, including working with physical models, mock-ups, and test rigs.
- Ability to apply Design Thinking methodologies to solve complex design problems and enhance user experience.
- Relevant degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience using 3D CAD tools and visualization software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Rhino, or similar).
- Understanding of composites, lightweight structures, or bicycle/automotive/sporting goods design is an advantage.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in an on-site environment.
