IndiaMART Sales Executive We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IndiaMART Sales Executive to manage and convert IndiaMART leads into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound enquiries received through IndiaMART. Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.

Prepare and share quotations, product specifications, and pricing. Follow up regularly with prospects to close sales. Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, and logistics teams for order processing.

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals. Build long-term relationships with recent and existing customers. Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction. Generate repeat business from existing clients.

Required Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.



Good knowledge of IndiaMART lead handling. Strong follow-up and convincing abilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication. Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage. Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent preferred).

Experience: 1–3 years in Indiamart Sales, B2B Sales, IT Sales, or Inside Sales.
