Hiring: Incident Manager (IT/OT Security)

Location: Chennai

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (JST)

Contract Duration: 24 Months

We are looking for an experienced Incident Manager to lead cybersecurity incident response across IT and OT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end cybersecurity incidents across IT & OT infrastructure.

Coordinate incident detection, investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.

Perform root cause analysis and prepare detailed incident reports.

Collaborate with SOC, Infrastructure, OT teams, and external stakeholders.

Maintain and improve Incident Response Plans (IRP), playbooks, and SOPs.

Conduct post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvements.





Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
