Company Description My Nordic Travel AS are inbound tour operators to Nordics and offer customised travel packages to B2B and B2C markets.

Role Description : Inbound Tour Operator: Operations – Nordic Markets is a full time remote role responsible for managing and coordinating tour operations for travelers visiting Nordic destinations. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries from agent partners ( B2B) and inbound clients, preparing costing and customising itineraries, managing bookings and reservations with local suppliers, and ensuring all tour components are accurately confirmed.

The role involves close collaboration with agents partners, monitoring tour logistics, and resolving operational issues to ensure a smooth travel experience. The position also includes maintaining accurate records, supporting sales with operational information, and providing high-quality customer service before, during, and after the trip.

Qualifications

- Ability to work independently under remote framework.




- Strong background in Travel & Tourism, with practical knowledge of Nordic destinations and inbound travel operations.
- Experience in booking, operations and onground support to clients/ travellers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Bokun, City break, Fare harbor , AI / Chat Gpt Use etc.
- Customer Service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and resolve issues professionally.
- Sales awareness, with the ability to support upselling of services and contribute to revenue growth through operational excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines remotely.
- Comfort with digital tools and online collaboration platforms; prior experience in a remote team is beneficial.
