Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Handle inbound enquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp.

- Coordinate with the Admissions Team and Demo Scheduling Team.
- Record all significant details correctly before handing over the lead.
- Handle basic parent questions and escalate complex concerns to the reporting manager.
