In data analysis at PwC, you will focus on utiliseing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualisation, and statistical modelling to support clients in solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities

- Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, grooming, and readiness for sprint execution.

- Lead backlog refinement and sprint grooming sessions, ensuring stories are well-defined, sized, and aligned to business outcomes.

- Partner with Engineering to commit to sprint goals, balancing new feature delivery, Run-the-Business (RTB) work, and production support.

- Continuously evaluate trade-offs across scope, urgency, risk, and value to inform sprint and release decisions.

- Run-the-Business (RTB) Operations Drive RTB feature enhancements across DTP.

- Own production issues and incident follow-ups, including impact assessment, root-cause analysis, and backlog incorporation of fixes.

- Provide Level 3 end-user support as needed for complex or escalated issues.

- Feature Delivery Enhancements Act as a customer advocate, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

- Define and document product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.

- Partner with Engineering, QA, and Business teams on delivery, UAT, defect triage, and release readiness.

- Drive feature enhancements and operational improvements across DTP Pilots, Admin Tools Cross-Functional Work Support business-led pilots and POCs, including gathering requirements, sharing product inputs,



and planning any related UI or workflow changes.

- Own admin tool queries, bugs, and feature enhancements, ensuring tooling supports operational efficiency.

- Produce and maintain system documentation, data flows, and functional artifacts.

- Support service management activities, including incident triage, change management, and release coordination.

- Stakeholder Execution Management: Communicate clearly with Business, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership stakeholders.

- Use data and structured reasoning to negotiate priorities, manage expectations, and align on delivery plans.

- Take end-to-end ownership to identify issues, assess impact, mobilize resources, and drive resolution.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years as a Product Manager.

- Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, including sprint planning, grooming, and execution.

- Proven ability to write transparent user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving requirements.

- Mandatory skill sets: Product Management, AI, Self starter can own products

- Nice to Have: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

- Experience balancing feature delivery with RTB and production support work

- Education qualification: B.Tech / B.E / B.Tech/MCA/BCA/M.tech

- Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering
